In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TED created TEDx — a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

Our event, TEDxEMWS, is an independently organized TEDx event where TED Talks videos and live speakers come together to spark deep discussion and meaningful connection within a close-knit community.

While the TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, each TEDx event is shaped by its own community. TEDxEMWS reflects the ideas, voices, and curiosity of those who believe in the power of conversation.
